Heat Shrink Chamber Machines designed for wrapping a variety of products, including confectionery and bakery items, fresh fruits and vegetables, printed materials and souvenirs, cosmetics, gift sets, computer components and accessories, as well as small household appliances. This shrink wrapping process enhances the visual appeal of products while providing protection against external factors. Our heat shrink chambers seal and shrink in one operation, and feature very low energy consumption and advanced electronic controls.

The EKH machines features a contemporary design and an ergonomic structure. With the welding knives integrated into the cover of the shrink chamber, all packaging tasks—welding, trimming, and film shrinking—are performed concurrently. The machine’s precise temperature control within the shrink chamber enables the use of films with varying thicknesses, ranging from 15 to 30 microns. Additionally, the transparent cover of the shrink chamber provides continuous visual monitoring of the packaging process.

Machine Operating Modes

EKH-134 Heat Shrink Chamber Machines offer three operational modes, tailored to the type and size of the products being packaged, as well as the film utilized:

1. Welding, Trimming, and Heat Shrinking: This is the standard mode for typical products. Once the chamber lid is closed, all processes are executed in sequence, and the lid is opened after all operations are completed.

2. Delayed Welding, Trimming, and Heat Shrinking: This mode allows for a cooling period for the weld, ensuring that the heat shrinking process proceeds without any disturbances.

3. Sealing and Trimming: This mode is particularly effective for smaller items, such as CDs or business cards. Heat shrinking is initiated only after the chamber is fully loaded with the individual products.
