Strapping Seals & Buckles

Safeguard® Premium Strapping Seals
  • Our Safeguard® strapping seals are manufactured from higher quality steel and subject to stringent quality procedures to guarantee consistent and superior seal integrity.
  • Secured and tensioned using a tensioner, sealer or a combination strapping tool.
Serrated Strapping Seals
  • Due to the serrated inner face, it provides the strapping with a firm secure grip.
  • Secured and tensioned using a tensioner, sealer or a combination strapping tool (Polypropylene PP or Extruded Polyester PET).
  • Available in premium Safeguard® seals.
Semi-Open Strapping Seals
  • Our semi-open metal galvanised strapping seals are used to slide over the tension strap and can be sealed using a sealer or combination tool.
  • Seals are available in 12mm and 16mm widths. Our standard seals are 25mm in length but have heavy-duty seals in 32mm lengths.
  • Secured and tensioned using a tensioner, sealer or a combination strapping tool (Polypropylene PP).
  • Available in premium Safeguard® seals.
Closed Strapping Seals
  • Used for strapping products with irregular shapes, particularly rounded objects like pipes and coils.
  • The strapping is fed through the seal, crimped and then tensioned.
  • Crimped in the same way as a semi-open strapping seal.
  • Secured and tensioned using a tensioner, sealer or a combination strapping tool (Polypropylene PP).
Lap-Over Seals & Snap-On Seals
  • Used for securing steel strapping, available in 13mm, 16mm and 19mm widths.
  • Secured and tensioned using a tensioner, sealer or a combination strapping tool (Steel Strapping ST).
  • Available in premium Safeguard® seals.

  • Used with Woven Cord WC and Hotmelt Cord HM Strapping.
  • High grip sherardised surface.
  • Enhanced weather resistance.
  • Available in 13mm,16mm,19mm, and 25mm widths.
Plastic Buckles
  • Used for lightweight 12mm Polypropylene Strapping PP.
  • An alternative option to metal seals and have the advantage of not needing a tool to seal the strap.
  • Available in white or black standard and white heavy duty.
